Got a jolly joke I saved for just such an occasion

Hey guys!!!

This is everyone's favorite weird family member, namely Uncle Albert from the movie Mary Poppins!! Floating in mid-air when you're in a good mood and telling jokes is so funny in itself that you just want to continue and stay up there as much as you can,... as long as it takes to have a nice cup of tea, anyway!!

As a kid, I so loved this scene!! (still do, in fact)... it made me feel happy, wanting to join them all up in the air and have tea with Uncle Albert who'd tell jokes the whole time
I had a lot of fun drawing him, too, and quite like how his face turned out... usually, when I draw old people, they tend to look tired... here, I feel like I managed to convey his cheerful mood

This is my entry for the 's contest: "Aprils 'A's" in which will feature all the Disney charas whose names start with "A"... Uncle Albert was my 1st thought, even before I had read the suggestions!!

For the "Extra Points" part of the challenge, there is:
- Live action movie character
- Specific locale for background (I think the ceiling of his living-room fulfills the requirement... but if it doesn't, no problem)
