Reaching for the skies

I took that pic a few days ago while walking in the forest with Hubby, and wanted to upload it soon... and then the wonderful group came up with the theme for September: Trees!!!!

So, totally spot on!

This is the "President Fir Tree" of my town... the oldest and tallest... it's more than 200 years old!
